This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the BeatBot — AI Music Generator iOS app, Android app, and website at https://www.beatbotmusic.com (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services:

  • Account & purchase data — anonymous user IDs, subscription state, receipts, and entitlements managed via RevenueCat.
  • Usage & device data — app events, crash logs, device model, OS version, locale, IP address, and approximate region. Collected via Firebase, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
  • Inputs you create — text prompts, hummed audio, genre/mood selections, and generated tracks you choose to save.
  • Advertising signals — when ads are shown, identifiers (e.g. IDFA/AAID where permitted) may be processed by Google AdMob.
  • Support correspondence — emails you send to hello@rocketdigital.ai.

2. How we use information

  • Generate AI music from your prompts and hums and return finished songs, beats, instrumentals, and melodies.
  • Run subscriptions, restore purchases, and enforce plan limits via RevenueCat.
  • Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Services using Firebase and analytics.
  • Show relevant ads and measure ad performance (Google AdMob, Meta Pixel).
  • Respond to support requests and communicate updates.

3. AI processing & third-party model providers

To produce AI-generated music, your prompts and selected inputs may be sent to model providers under contract with us. These providers process inputs only to return outputs to the BeatBot app and do not use your inputs to train their public models without our permission. Current providers include:

  • OpenAI — natural-language prompt understanding and lyric/structure scaffolding.
  • Microsoft Azure — hosted AI inference and supporting cloud services.
  • Replicate — hosted music and audio generation models.
  • Fal.ai — hosted audio inference models.

4. Service providers we use

  • RevenueCat — subscription management.
  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, crash reporting, remote config, push.
  • Google AdMob — in-app advertising.
  • Google Analytics — website and app analytics.
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly website analytics and custom events such as iOS_App_Store_Click and Android_Play_Store_Click.
  • Meta Pixel — marketing measurement on the website.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

Our website uses first-party and third-party cookies and pixels for analytics and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. In-app, advertising identifiers follow your device privacy settings (e.g. App Tracking Transparency on iOS).

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with the service providers listed above to deliver the Services, with law enforcement when legally required, and as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

7. Data retention

We retain account, subscription, and usage data for as long as needed to operate the Services and meet legal obligations. Generated tracks you save are stored until you delete them or your account.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

9. Children

BeatBot is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We operate from Hong Kong and our providers operate globally. Your data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards where required.

11. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in-app or by email.
